Analysts focused on small to mid-size cities with populations between 75,000 and 500,000 for these rankings. They also considered locations with a median home value of $500,000 or less. Economy, housing, cost of living, safety, transportation, amenities, and other factors were taken into account, as well.
Several Colorado cities landed in the rankings. One of them even landed in the Top 10: Broomfield!
