Well-Known Colorado City Ranks Among The 'Best Places To Live' In America

Livability recently revealed its 2024 list of the Top 100 "Best Places to Live" in America. Analysts focused on small to mid-size cities with populations between 75,000 and 500,000 for these rankings. They also considered locations with a median home value of $500,000 or less. Economy, housing, cost of living, safety, transportation, amenities, and other factors were taken into account, as well.

Several Colorado cities landed in the rankings. One of them even landed in the Top 10: Broomfield! This technology hub has all sorts of amazing amenities, including stunning nature trails, upbeat breweries, golf courses, and vibrant parks. Over 76,000 people live in this city, and the median home value is $491,262. The website also had more to say about the Broomfield:
