Metallica doesn't just make music anymore. They've paired up with Vans to make shoes. Is that cool, or is this the start of Metallica turning into Kiss and merchandising everything?

Been Rockin' the Rockies since '07. Which is cool because I've listened to the station since I was in 8th grade. Easily the best job I've ever had. Then again, the jobs I've had up to this point besides working at KBPI weren't great. One of them was the scary clown at a haunted house at Elitch's. Weekdays from 10a-3p, I try to keep you up to date on all the kick ass things BPI is doing, shows and events coming through town, and comment on some of the news of the day. At noon I do "Feature This". We take a BPI album, play a few tracks off of it, and look into some of the stories and history behind it.
